From New York:

1. Queens-Midtown Tunnel to L.I.E.  Exit at Van Wyck Expressway towards Kennedy Airport.
2. Continue to Exit 1A (Belt Pkwy, Nassau Expressway), bearing right on the left hand fork, as you follow the curve.
3. Exit onto Nassau Expressway and get over to the left. When the expressway ends, it becomes Rockaway Tpke.
4. Continue on Rockaway Tpke for approximately 3 miles until Nassau Expressway-Route 878 splits off to the right from Rockaway Tpke (Costco set back on your right).  Bear right onto Nassau Expressway-Route 878.  Stay in the right lane. 
5. Continue until 2^nd light, where Burnside Ave splits off to the right from 878 (huge intersection).  Bear right onto Burnside Ave. 
6. Road curves and becomes Sheridan Blvd and then Beach Channel Drive.  Stay in the right hand lane, but follow the double yellow lines on your left, and you won’t veer off.
7. Warning: there is a Mott Ave off of Sheridan Blvd, this is NOT the correct Mott Ave. 
8. Continue on Beach Channel Drive until Mott Ave (White Castle on near right, McDonald’s on far left).  Right onto Mott Ave.
9. Continue 5 blocks to Dickens Street, just before fork in road.  Left onto Dickens.
10. Continue 1 block to Healy Ave.  Right onto Healy.
11. Continue 2-1/2 blocks.  YIWB is on right side between B.25^th and Bay Park Place/Hartman Lane.
